It began by reading the New York Times this morning and then watching a video of young Conrad Tao playing the third movement of Prokofiev's Seventh Piano Sonata........then looking into recordings by Tao, and finding one of piano pieces composed by Gordon Getty. Doing some further listening (I should be practicing !).........some of these Getty pieces are really fun! You cans read about them here, and listen to a sample on iTunes.
